Dashain Celebration Dashain falls in the month of October. Traditionally Dashain is the most important festival in Nepal lasting for 15 days. Special Awards In April 2006, NAFCA started to give three types of recognition certificates - Outstanding Contribution, Noteworthy Contribution, and Certificates of Appreciation to all performers who participate in our cultural events. NAFCA also recognizes those individuals who have made a substantial financial contribution/donation to NAFCA by giving certificates for Honorary, Patron, and Lifetime memberships. In this way NAFCA hopes to demonstrate our sincere appreciation and to memorialize what these individuals have done for NAFCA. more...
